Please help!!! It is right before Christmas and I have my twin Marine Nieces coming home from Afghanistan! Christmas wouldn't be the same! Everything functions "turntable" etc., but there is a very loud sudden hum coming from the console speakers. On FM, 8 track, record. everything. Any ideas? Thank you so much ahead of time.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

He put some sort of metal glue where the hole was in the clip that holds the meter and said that should fix it arching but now my breaker box in the house is making clicking sounds and noises and my lights keep dimming and flickering. I went to plug in the vacuum when I turned it on a breaker blew. What could this be?

I had to call the electric company this week because half the electricity in the house went out. It came back on after about an hour. NIPSCO (the electric comp) said it was on there end after checking behind the meter.

About 5:00 this morning half the electricity in the house went out. I checked but it was not the breaker. My son said he was woke up by a loud tick noise and then a powering down sound like zeeeeeuume (spelled phonically) then the power went out. I looked around and couldn't find a problem (but I don't know what I'm looking for) about an hour later everything came back on, on it's own. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks

The biggest problem we face as Americans would be the way we allow ourselves to be manipulated. The state of awareness of the US population at this point is very discouraging and the meticulous control the corporations have on our media is overwhelming. The is no reasonable sense of mistrust in Government anymore. Why we buy lock stock and barrel the explanation they give of things could be a result of the crap they force feed us daily. To utilize the words conspiracy tied to any subject results in a disconnect for the American people. With little effort on the part of the masses to inform themselves, they are easily deceived. We are a society of instant gratification. Anything that does not come easy eludes our lazy minds. In the rat race of day to day life it seems mundane engaging in the idea our Governments might not have our best interests at heart. Our biggest downfall is our willing ignorance on the issues.
