Have you ever called out someone for a spiritual 'false flag' manouver? If so, what happened?
Someone pulling a FFM pretends to be a different faith than what they actually are, in order to slander/do damage to the pretended faith. IE claiming to be a Mormon while attacking women, or dressing like a Muslim and screaming hatred at anybody not Muslim.

16 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 years agoSpiritually speaking, how should we approach secondary victimization? What does your faith teach, directly or indirectly?
Secondary trauma is that experienced by someone involved with a victim of a violent crime or terrible accident. For example, when a drunk driver runs over and kills another person, the primary victim is the one killed. The secondary victims are the family members who now deal with the death, as well as emergency responders and witnesses to the killing.
Does a sinner owe reparations to ONLY their direct victim? Or are their societal repercussions as well that must be addressed?
What do you think? Please explain your answer. Use an example of an interpersonal wrong to illustrate your point.
3 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 years agoHave you ever confessed a moral fault to someone, only to have that person deliberately try to trigger it every time you come around them?
Like, if you admit to your aunt that you're struggling with alcoholism or overeating, only to have her shove alcohol or chocolate pie into your hands at every. family. gathering. and then lambaste you for your 'moral failings'.
What did you do?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 years agoAtheists Only please. Are you all, by default, Empiricist in your philosophy, since you demand physical/scientific evidence of God?
And reject the records of other humans' experiences? Empiricism would also seem to dismiss emotions such as 'love' or 'anger' or 'tranquility', since they don't leave direct evidence of their existence.
Discuss, please? Please be respectful.
Empiricism article can be found here:
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 years agoAccording to your faith, how important are a person's feelings when making a decision?
Do our feelings matter? What if we are taught one thing (for example, chastity before/within marriage) and 'feel' strongly urged to do the opposite (hook ups)? How does your faith tell you to manage your feelings?
Atheists, how do YOU manage your feelings, esp. when they contradict something you know is true or expected of you?
Feel free to share an example to illustrate your point.
