I have two option, i am confused which option i should go for:

1. Take the loan for 5 years and do not do any prepayment and let it close in 5 years.

2. Take the loan for 15 years and try to do prepayment to finish in in next 5 years.

Based on the calculation, i found that amount i would be paying for 2nd option would be more than the option-1.

EMI for per lakh loan is, 1137/- (for 15 years) & 2175/- (for 5 years)

Please advise.

I have recently visit a builder;s layout plan for site near KR Puram, Bangalore. Builder has provided us the BBMP approval Number for the layout.

BBMP Approval number for - Project Nest Lake Residency.

BBMP: PPO/78/2009-10, Approved Date:17/02/2010

Is there any online/helpline available to get confirmation about the approval provided from BBMP?

I got married for last 8 months. before that we were engaged for about full year. But I never found my wife trying to understand me. Even i initiated many times same thing for her, but most of the time, she has either swallowed the discussion or ignored it up to sufficient time so that it dies itself. Sometime we had hot arguments for this behaviour.

I really don;t understand the points why people become so much enthusiastic and feeling so much happiness if one got engaged with other? Even i don;t understand the points of happiness if one got engaged in arranged marriage? - You barely know the girl? So why people feel happy?

I have analyzed my pattern and i found it on 3 min approx. what is yours?

I have tried this several times and found that it actually diltes the intensity of soft drink. I could not understand how and NaCl can dilute the intensity of soft drink (that contains H2CO3).

I am living in India. But i am sure that this problem is not only in India but in everywhere else countries. The reason i am saying this as i was in USA for whole year and observered Govt Dept processes there too. Apart from that regarding Process in Thailand, i have faced once i.e. for getting issued Transit Visa and that was very bad experience for me.

Here in India, Lot of Govt dept works very solwly irrespective of whatever tool you provide to them. Most of the time workers don;t have willingness to adopt those tools in their work style.

So my question here is, How many ways we can enforce Govt Dept to really monitor and review their process effectiveness?

Just for namesake i am adding few dept names like:

1. PSU or Govt. Bank

2. Court

3. Govt Hospitals

4. Telephone Dept

actually 4-5days pahale main apane door se buri tarah se takrai thi, thodi si kharoch aayi.Aur us time par bas halka sa red ho gaya aur koi khas pain bhi nahi hua.Next day dekha to woh poora greenish black ho gaya, kal dekha to bahut hi bhayank sa dikh raha hai.Its like yellow+red+black and halka sa kuch touch bhi ho to bura wala pain. Aur mujhe doctor ke paas bilkul bhi nahi jana.May be aap kuch suggest karo ki main kya karoo?

I noticed this in Yahoo answer since last few days. As i have answered few of the question, oretty obiviuos one, where very few people had answered.

I saw those questions in Voting state, and i select question and mark vote for my answer.

Few of the question were not have anyvoting at all, and i got full credit with my effort only. I am not sure weahter this is right flow to collect 10 pts on Yahoo answer.

Also i noticed few people who are of high score has asked very silly questions and ansewered other's questions, i don't know if they folloed this one more way few of them had scored very high.

What i am looking for is, fool proof mechnism to avoid this?

Now As india has lost the worldcup, everyone is cribbing about our poor performence and coach greg cheppel. What should we do now, change the team completely like pakistan has done before? Or we need to choose the players based on their past performances?
