i recently had my naturally dark blonde/medbrown hair bleached blonde for a while....now it's growing out

i want to eventually get back to natural looking but when i colour my hair the color does NOT take.

someone suggested 'filling' the hair with JUST the color gel first, then dying regular-home-kit for all over coverage.

i have done this a few times and am holding at a med blonde.

my growing -in hair takes color but the ends where it was bleached hasn't changed beyond med blonde

anyone with haircolor knowledge got any suggestions??????

what's with all the close-ups of people's faces and heads during interviews on camera and also in film and other media.?

i don't need to see the very pores in the PMs cheeks on the news

what about fashion show footage where the camera spend more time on the model's face than on the clothing...?

i think this plant is a Heptapleurum - a nice 3 ft. fingerleaved plant. i have moved into a bsmt apartment a few months ago and it got sick. the growing conditions are ok and there is lots of light.

the leaves 'grow' brown patchy areas on them and fall off, sometimes the whole stalk falls off from the stem or is easily pulled off if one of the leaves has begun to turn already.

it has lost half of it's foliage .

i have decreased watering and removed all bad foliage as i see it. i have also sprayed with a fungicide (but maybe i need a different one ?) and watered with the fungicide.

does anyone have any helpful suggestions? i don't want to lose this plant.

after my cup sits for a little bit it gets this stuff floating on top...it's not oil...residue maybe? but of what?
