Recipe for a hard fudge?
My grandfather used to make a fudge that was hard, but never wrote down how he did it. The only thing we can remember is him saying, "cocoa, cream of tartar, and beat the crap out of it." Does anyone have a recipe that is similar? We used to be able to break it into pieces and eat it like a hard candy instead of a creamy fudge. I'd really love to be able to make this. He unfortunately took his secret with him when he passed on.
