Good or Bad!!

My husbands ex is even worse now that she has to make up 3 weeks court ordered parenting time per the judge that she denied my husband. My husband gets his son for thanks giving at 9am then on Fri for his weekend. Here is the kicker- his son lives 4hrs away instead of letting him stay Thur-Sun she insists on being at our home at 5 pm on Thur because that is whats in the decree and them having my husband drive up again on Fri at 5pm. I think thats alot of driving for that poor kid who is only 7, she insists on writing naggy and rude letters since she wont call anymore because tape recordings where used as evidence for proof that she denyed parenting time on purpose. Is there anything that can be done about her constant negative behavior to us,also talking badly about us to their son? we ignore her behavior but it gets heart wrenching!!! In Minnesota

No big storm,tornado or lightning. just some wind and a little rain drizzle. The tree was not dead to our knowledge.

luckily nobody outside was hurt.

My question is- is the city any way responsible for helping cover or covering my deductible of my car. Damage was 3500.

I attempted to call the city but the person was out until Mon.

I live in Minnesota.

What can I do to make the flab go away? is there more then sit ups?

If you have not always gotten along but do now, what have you done with them to make things easier?

If you still don't how do you deal with them or what does your spouse do to better deal with the ex do to needing some communication for the children?

We have a good amount of documentation of incidents,phone messages that we are getting ready for court next week . we just want to make sure we are useing all of our sources and representing are case good since we have filed the motion without a lawyer saving $250 we dont have!

We do know she can be charded and also could pay a penalty to the court and our court fees. Any other info would be appreciated.

How can we get a hold on this drug that has spread like wild fire?

My husbands ex wife likes to leave long nasty messages I was wondering if we could program our phones so that when she calls if we don't answer it will just keep ringing instead of going to voice mail this way she needs to talk directly to one of us, I think that will decrease her rude calls because she can't talk to a machine.

My husband has court ordered visits every other weekend,holidays,6 weeks broke up into 3 weeks at a time.

Every Thur or Fri to his weekend for the last 6yrs his ex has continued to attempt to make it difficult, recently she moved 3 hrs away, we have no problem with that we still pick him up at 5pm Fri and she comes at 5pm Sun, but now she has grown increasingly more angry and bitter, when we can't switch a pick up or drop off with her she becomes upset stating that maybe my husband just won't get his son if he can't, then my husband has to spend at least 20 minutes convincing her that she needs to think of their son, she constantly attempts to put my husband down, also in front of his 8 yr old son,this is getting tireing ,there is no way of talking to this women,it feels like a brick wall and it is such a sad thing for a little boy to be stuck in. To this day my step son has never heard a bad thing about his mother come out of our mouth. We also tape record our conversations!

My mother in law bought one for my 1 yr old for when he is at the mall or wherever because he is such a go getter, my husband thinks it's great but im afraid of what people will think if I use it when were at the mall or wherever.

I trust my man but not her, she even started calling his cell phone for little things(we use our cells as a home #) her car even happen to run out of gas right infront of our home, she even stopped by our home a few times when I was at work.

I stopped home from work and there this girl was visiting on

her cell sitting in our lawn chair. she left as soon as I went to the bathroom.

I'm normally not a jealous person but she appears to avoid me. She is not a mutual friend and has made no attempt to come here when i'm home!

Ive gotten to the point that if she calls and my guy is sleeping I answer and am a bit rude.

I also told my husband that he needs to stop encouraging her coming over that it is disrespectful to me and that obviously she is intrested in more and he appears to respect how im feeling, and yes it is a little bit of jealousy but there is also a matter of boundrys to. What do you think about how I handled it ? Do you see a problem with her
