Spouse and I got pre approved through a mortgage company and were told to go head and start looking for a house. We found a house and put a bid in on it. We are waiting for a counter offer to come back if any counter offer at all. My question is once the bank approves the offer and it goes to the underwriter, can the under turn it down even though we got pre approved through a mortgage company?

Should i leave them alone and see what happens or should I trim off the parts that are hanging on the ground.

I would like to start my own buisness cleaning house's and such. Do I need to be bonded and if so where do I start with the process. I reside in the state of MN.

long story short. spouse filed for a court date to have 2 of his kids removed for support payments. one is 19 and graduated from high and is living on his own being a productive citizen. the other is 18 but dropped out of high school when she was 16. she now lives in another state with her boyfriend. the other child receiving support was turned off, why would they have shut off the support for the other child, which is wrong in so many ways considering it is for a totally different case number. I am also wondering if this is this going to cause issues for back support. I would also like to know if anyone knows how it will work for the one child that dropped out of school at the age of 16. will the mother have to pay any thing back considering she didn't report the changes. the divorce agreement was child support was to be paid until the child either turned 18 or graduated from high school, which ever came last. any help or information would be great. i live in Minnesota and I have looked for information on this and was unable too. thanks for any advice.

I have endometriosis. I have been dealing with this for 7 years. It has now been affecting my lower back, and other areas of my body. I have ovarian cysts from hell, i have my cycle at least twice a month which is extremely heavy, painful and very clotty. I have done the birth control pills without luck, and also done the lupron depo shot. The shot worked wonders however I could only be on it for a year due to bone loss issue. I am 31 and have one child whom is a miracle due to the endo. My spouse is fixed due to an unpleasant pregnancy with my miracle child from the endo and cycst. I have done numerous searchs to find info but I am scared of what desicion to go with. I know i am young still but my spouse and I made the desicion to not have more kids. Any links that I can goto would be great to look into. Being pain free is my number one choice. Any ideas or opinions would be great.

My spouse and I are going to be purchasing a new to used mobile home. How long of a process is it to move the old one out and install all necessary items for the new or newer mobile home. My landlord as told me that she would like to add crushed rock to the lot and update the water and electrical areas as well. I was also wondering when getting rid of the old home, as the owner do I need to remove all appliances such as: the frig, stove, dishwasher, water heater, and furnance? I would keep all the appliances but they are ancient in age. Has anyone else went threw this process and if so please share your experience(s) good or bad. My husband and I have custody of his daughter. The problem is his ex wife took their 2 kids down to her mom's and had the child support redirected to her mother. His daughter has lived with us for 5 months. We have made many phone calls to the child support offices, to his ex wife, and to her mother asking for the child support to be shut off. No one is helping us out. We can not afford an attorney. We are trying to work with everyone the nice way and not bring the big guns out. Is this a type of fraud that is being committed on my husband's ex wife's mother. She has had ample time to take care of the issue at hand, but we have not seen any proof. Is this fraud in a sense? My husband's ex wife took their two children to live with their grandparents. We now have custody of his daughter. The problem is, his ex wife's mother is not helping out with the child support getting shut off for his daughter. She has been living with us for 5 months and he is still paying for her. My husband contacted the child support office and told them that there was a change in custody, but they said that it would be his ex wife's mothers job to change things. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is some kind of fraud by chance, and what can we do. Phone calls are not working obviously to her and the child support office. We can not afford a attorney, we both want to keep things to a low stress level. I know this is unlikely to keep it a low stress level, but we can try. My daughter is getting her first real job. I have looked all over for my answer and found nothing. to my knowledge a minor can not work over 18 hours a week by the child labor laws in Minnesota and she can not work past 9pm. She will be making $7.00 an hour, how do I go about figuring out what they will take for tax purposes, she wants to know because she is saving up half the money for her first car. My husband just got a letter today from the child support office, stating that his ex wife's father will be recieving child support for the child (ren). We don't have a clue of what is going on. She can be a difficult person to deal with. Like most broken families, the kids involved do have some problems so we are assumming that she may have just took them to her parents place and left them or something. We don't know, she never called to talk to us about it. Words have been exchanged in the past. My spouse just wants what is best for the kids. My spouse and his ex wife both have joint legal custody, but she has the physical custody. She has also broken one of the agreements in the divorce agreement with taking them out of the state with out his written verbal consent. What can we do about the whole, if anything.
