I put the battery on backwards for like 30 secs until I realised why it was sparking then disconnected it asap. Then I put it on normally and the car started but radio didn't turn on all the gauges and hazards worked and headlight stuff worked. I turned it off after 3 mins and then turned it on again. Then on screen said check alternator after 5 mins of leaving it on ideal the alternator started smoking . I quickly turned the car off and didn't turn it on again. Please tell me what's wrong with the car now.

My male tuxedo cat which is more then a year old started meowing like crazy up stairs where I was sleeping. His litter box is clean and he usually goes out side to take his shits. When ever he needs to go take a **** he meows at the door. But if we re not there to open it or we don t let him out he goes to the litter box. But this idiot at 3am just stank up the whole Dam room.
