So, i bought a laptop, HP dv6z and when ever my ipod touch is near it(all th time) i cant connect to the web. It says i have full bars but it says canot connect.. same thing happens to my iPod Touch.. CAN SUM! HELP ME PLZZZ!!!!

When i get a picture msg it tells me 2 go on my tmobile on the computer and then check it from there is there a way where i can do it rite from my fone. i got the sidekick rate plan. will that help?
