Ok, we currently are a family of three and we have been buying whole grain breads and are trying to introduce whole wheat pastas into our diets. We eat 2 bright veggies w/ each meal. ie spinach salads and broccoli or spinach. Any suggestions (OMG I can;t beleive my son actually loves broccoli)

Any other suggestions are welcomed, BTY Also my husband has high blood pressure and cholestral. I want my family to be whole w/o meds. Thanks My husband takes high blood pressure meds
