  • How come my chain slips of the sprocket when shifting to low gear frome medium?

While pedaling uphill I will shift from medium gear to low gear and my chain will go right past the sprocket and off. The only way to shift to that gear is to stop pedalling shift gear and pedal slowly to engage the gear while going uphill and trying to balance and not fall over. The sprockets and cranks are new Shimano XT the front derailer is a new Shimano XTR and the chain is new too. The shifters are SRAM x7 trigger shifters. I replaced the cranks sprockets and derailers cause this was happening before with no luck. Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? Detailed answers please. I was going to try to change out the trigger shifters and cables next.

  • Getting rid of the glare.. please help?

I'm bald and have a problem when i go bike riding. Recently a friend of mine crashed his bicycle cause he was blinded by the glare off of my head. He's really out of shape and flabby so i have to tie a rope to his bike to keep him going so he cannot ride in front of me. I've tried everything from hats to rubbing charcoal bicketts on my head but it makes my scalp break out in a really disgusting looking acne rash and the hats fly off. Please help im affraid my friend will die if he doesn't get his exercise.
