I am a single man, I was nice to a lady I work with but hardly know and in return she gave me her daughters phone number. I am not interested or attracted to the daughter. What should I do?

I was hit by a drunk driver in texas 3.5 weeks ago. No injuries but lots of damage. His insurance has accepted liability but is moving very slow; I have an adjuster in Dallas or illinois but almost 1 month without having a person assigned to estimate the damage. I had liability and uninsured motorist but without collision coverage so I am unable to file with my insurance. Should I get a lawyer? I only want my vehicle repaired or totaled so I can move on and be made whole. I am not seeking anything else. Do I have any alternatives such as taking my vehicle to a collision repair and having an estimate? How long should I wait to file a lawsuit against the insurance company for dragging their feet?

I know it is probably not ethical but my rate would drop almost in half. I would still drive the vehicle in my city.

I am curious to see how other people decide what to do?

I have always wanted to be with a woman that I think is pretty with a great body and a pretty face. I have been dating someone but when she tries to get closer I won't allow because I have no romantic feelings for her when I see her without make-up and I don't want her to get hurt. Her face just is not pretty to me, and I am not sure about her body. She curses and I don't like that either. I am now in my 30s. I want to marry. The question is, is there a way to honestly get past a persons looks without going blind. What is it? The other qualities of same faith and great personality must be there or it is a complete waist of my time. I feel like I can only have 2 of 3(looks, personality, same-faith/values).
