Do you enjoy your job as a medical Assistant?
Was the schooling worth it? I am currently attending a two year program to become a medical assistant, but I am debating leaving the program. I am not doing as well as I thought I would, and an MA does not make that great of money where I live! I also have been so stressed out by one teacher that I have frequently teaching classes to the point where I can not even learn from her. My degree is about 40,000 and an MA makes 25,000 a year where I live. I know I don't want to do this for the rest of my life and I have considered other professions before I even started.
Despite not doing anything with the degree, I know it will be good for my future career, whatever I decide to do after this degree. If I decide to continue to pursue it, that is.
So I am wondering if it is even worth continuing the program.
