  • How can we stop the proliferation of desiger dog breeding?

    I see questions daily on breeding/cross breeding dogs.

    Don't people realize that this is adding to the overpopulation pet problem in the US?

    Poodles and pit bulls/Rotts? Why would you even think of this?

    Anything that walks crossed with a poodle constitutes a "designer dog"?

    These are mutts pure and simple. How many end up in the pound?

    Please don't foster this behavior. Adopt don't breed.

  • Parrolets? I have experience with larger birds but am looking at these little birds. Feedback appreciated.?

    I currently have conures, senegal, cauques.

    I have read the background and done the research but want to hear from real people.

    Level of interaction? Trust level/ hand fed required?

    With other types of birds? (not caged together)

    All my birds interact well. Can parrolets fill this requirement?
