  • Pregnancy symptoms are these normal?

Hi, I'm 6-7 weeks pregnant I have been pregnant before but it sadly failed at 10-11weeks in my last pregnancy I never had symptoms, anyway in my symptoms I am feeling very sick, gagging and mouth watering I have only been sick twice so far but the nausea is awful, I have constant head ache and my eyes hurt when I look up or down, my stomach is always rumbling and I know I'm hungry but my appetite is so low I physically can't eat because of the nausea, I've been eating small bits like the odd pack of crisp, or fruit, cereal etc but I can't eat big meals, I'm frightened that my baby won't get the nutrition so I'm trying to force feed myself but it hurts me doing so, I'm drinking fluids fine. The head ache I get is like someone squeezing my head tight, I get period like cramps on my Lower abdomen often and when I have wind the pain pushes out my lower tummy, is this normal and has anyone experienced this before? Is there anyway to help with the food etc?
