my 3 month old puppy has been doing pretty good going potty outside if i take him frequently enuff. Id like to stay hydrated ( I got dehydrated from a viral infection several months back, so now Im paranoid about going through it again.) But Im trying to cut my calorie intake, so Gatorade isnt the best weightloss aide. I like juices but you can only drink so much. Thanks for any ideas.

Ive been taking Lexapro (antidepressant) for almost 2 months, come to find out I didnt even need them, whoops thats my Dr.'s bad. Ive stopped taking them but still dont feel quite right upstairs. How long does it take for the Medicine to leave your system? And more importantly how long before my noggin feels normal again?? Any input would be awesome.
