I have a project where we have to find information on a topic and then do a hypothesis test on what we found.

I found information that said that 3.5% of the population is gay. Meaning about 9 million americans.

I'm confused on how to go about making a null and alternate hypothesis.

I was going to begin with u=.035 for the null hypothesis and then list an alternate hypothesis.

I don't know if I am doing that right though...should the alternate hypothesis be u=.035 or should it be doesn't equal .035? Or maybe even less than or more than .035?

I'm just very confused about this and was hoping someone could help.

When writing about your source you can summarize or write about how you are going to use this source right?

So when writing should you be using sentences like "this article shed light on...blah blah blah." "With this I am able to portray...blah blah blah."

Or use a different person to write in?

I am practicing writing for an upcoming Spanish exam I have, we need to write a paragraph of ten sentences about a home. I have been practicing but want someone who is actually good at Spanish to correct it and make sure it makes sense before I write it down on my test. Remember I am in a low Spanish so my writing is not expected to be fancy or sophisticated. Please don't just type it in on Google Translate. My paragraph is:

Yo vivo en ___enter state___. Mi casa es grande. Hay cuatro dormintorios y tres banos. Yenemos una cocina, una sala, y un comedor. Tenemos un garaje tambien. Tiene dos pisos y un sotano. Tenemos una patio. Nadamos en la piscina grande tambien! Tengo un television, una cama, y un tocador en mi dormitorio. Yo amo mi casa!

I know I didn't type in accent marks or anything here, but if you could check over this for me i would really appreciate the help!

I saw this on an episode of White Collar. I know it is a fictional show but they had mentioned that the chemical Benzene removes ink within seconds and that con-men out there often use it to re write checks. Is this true? Or simply made up for the purpose of the show?

I am interested in finding out how it is pronounced yet when I type it into speech to text/translators they speak to fast for me to get it (also doesn't help that I am hearing impaired).

Okay I'm gunna sound like a crazy person but it is bugging my friends and I and we need an answer before we are driven to insanity.

There is some episode of spongebob where him and patrick scared utter something like "muh, muh, muh, muh, muuh, muuh, muuh, muh, muh..." and keep repeating it. What do they end up saying and what episode??

I am used to New Jersey/New York Pizza, where they have some of the best pizza in the world, and have recently moved to Virginia. At the end of the second movie Joseph marries Clarisse (the Queen). Until the Princess is crowned Queen, wouldn't that make him King of Genovia? Even though he was not officially crowned King wouldn't that be King by default I guess?

At 1:45 we see Tony with a baby, who do you think the mother is? Or do you really think it is Tony's? Thoughts, opinions! :) I think it is Tony's but I think it is his with Kate (as much as i hate them together). Others are saying it is with Wendy, but what in this alternate universe would make Tony stay with Wendy? I think it is Kate's because then the we could say eventually Tony and her just got together...

On my hompage, without anything open just a blank computerscreen..before you even hit google or whatever the icons on my screen blew up. They grew somehow and are bigger than they were. My mom hit something or did something to have this happen I guess, but they wont change back even after I turned the computer on and off. I have tried everything and nothing is making them normal size again. It's an acer computer if that helps...and i tried doing ctrl - or + and nothing happens (thats an answer i usually get) If you could helps me in anyway that would be awesome!

Sorry for the caps, but I really need help here. I ordered a gift for my friend and it arrived today. I am deaf and did not hear the delivery guy knock. So even though he saw people were home he left it there.. -_-

Anyways the dog was out and he tore the package open and ate it and tore it up. What do I do!? That was a gift for my friend! Can I get a new package? It isn't my fault I didnt hear him knock! Is there anything I can do besides order a whole different package and at this point ship it over night? Ugh..please help.

If it helps to know I ordered the package from NBC Universal online. For returns it has (or I believe it had..) a sticker on the ordering sheet to return things because it says "when returning merchandise, please leave strip attacherd for identification purposes" but my dumb dog ate whatever sticker was attached to that too. Ugh what a great christmas miracle..
