okay so i really wanna be slim for graduation which is at the end of june (in about two and a half months) so i decided to put myself on this diet:

special K cereal for breakfast with either skim milk or 1% milk

lightly salted rice cakes for snacks

chicken fingers for lunch (only about 4 or 5)-- i buy the frozen packaged kind then put them in the oven to cook them instead of frying them --sometimes i eat them with whole wheat bread

oatmeal for dinner with loads of cinnamon on it

if i stick to this diet until the end of june will i lose much? my body isn't so fat like i really wanna lose weight off my midsection (love handles) and my butt.

i know i should exercise but im not motivated at all -- i know i'll try in the near future, but for now, is this diet good enough?!

I'm a little confused with the meaning of idealism so I'm not sure what it means when it is described as a social force

so i heard benzoyl peroxide was good for clearing up acne so i bought the cvs brand on-spot treatment 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, but the next day i got a face rash. i went to the nurse at my school and she said since i have sensitive skin, i should use salicylic acid instead. any recommendations of products with salicylic acid?

So, I've decided to kind of have a split personality costume -- sort of. okay this is it:

half my face is going to resemble that of a skeleton. like im going to powder it and put black eyeshadow around my eyes, etc. the other half is going to be the flesh half, with like heavy make up --white girl style not like pretty model style.

my problem is that i dont know how to make my clothes resemble the split personalities. i cant cut my clothes in half and sew them together so that isnt an option lol. help!!! thanks!

i watched this video a while ago about some guy who went to a catholic school and told his best friend he was gay and the next day his best friend told the whole school and the principal and how he got bullied after that. he talked about how he planned to kill himself after watching the sunset by shooting himself but when he was about to, he got a phone call or something

i recently completely rebooted my computer because there was a virus, so i had to wipe everything out. well, after doing so, my volume stopped working. i keep clicking on the volume control button thing but it says that its not available and that i had to go to control panel which did but its still not working...

i have my ap history exams coming up soon and i found a bunch of youtube videos where some voiceover is telling the complete story and main points of american history and i was wondering if i were to download it onto my ipod and listen to it through the rest of the day, even fall asleep to it, will that be a good way to study? like will it stick in my mind?
