Would if be annoying if someone asked to work out with you?
I've been struggling to put on muscle mass since I was 18 and have been getting slow results. I'm 22 now and still skinny. I think I need help and a serious change.
At a gym, would it be annoying if I asked you if I could work out with you a bit and follow what you do to build on muscle?
Yesterday, I was thinking of asking this one guy who intervened and was nice enough to show me how to use this machine more effectively for building the chest muscles, but I was afraid I'd just be a nuisance =/

I'm not getting any sound on the ride side of my alienware laptop's speaker. I can get perfect sound on my left speaker. I have to knock on the right speaker to get it working but after a few seconds it stops again.

I do upper body workout twice a week (chest/back/shoulders) but I feel Im working my left side more than my right and so for a while now its been looking bigger than my right pec and bicep. I use dumbells and machines. What can I do?
What can I do to get my pecs and biceps to the same size? and is this common?
