I colored my hair from brown to black about 6 months ago, and it's pretty much back to my natural color, more or less.

My question is can I buy, for instance, Clairol's root-touch up nice'n easy Extra Light Blonde and give myself highlights at home? The technique I'd be using is weaving a rat tail comb through my hair, twice on each side of my head, using foil, waiting the 10 minutes, etc.

Any thoughts.

I've seen this happen multiple times at work, in which my coworker locked their keys in their car and called the city cops to unlock it. No proof of ownership was requested, only the year of the car.

While unlikely, what if the cop's actually assisting in a car theft?

I read about one cop having what he called a "magic number" in which he would pull you over, the number being how far you happen to be going over the limit. (For example, I'm doing 61 in a 55, and that particular police officer's number is 6 over the limit. So, that's his "magic number.")

Is this a thing, and if so, what's your number?

I say run!! Most won't chase or use physical force because of the chance they'll get sued for false arrest.

Trying to use favorite song(s) as ringtones for my tracfone. I read on a website it had to be a certain size (300 kb?), and so I made the sound clips smaller, but it still wouldn t allow me to use it as ringtone.

Does anyone have any answers or help for me on this??

I've seen people line-dance to it, kinda cotten-eyed joe style?!

It's got a nice beat, no words that I can tell, but it starts out with a squirrel-ish sounding voice. I know this isn't a lot to go on, but it's all I got! :/
