Looking for a one-act play that could be put on inexpensively

Audience is primarily high school, and it should be around 30 minutes (but can be cut if longer or be shorter). It's for part of a festival with 4 of these plays put on in a row, so I'd like to have something intelligent rather than just junk.

Trouble is a lot of the things I've been reading have enormous casts, special effects or language that wouldn't get past a school board.

My main hope is that the play is insightful. Any thoughts?

I am a junior in high school and starting to look at where to go to college. I think I want to major in Economics or Accounting, or Finance, so what schools have the best undergrad programs based on my stats:

-4.559 Weighted GPA

-3.859 Unweighted GPA

-2100 SAT

-I want to go someplace warm, so preferably not the Northeast, or someplace that is cold in winter...I have been looking at California, Washington, Oregon, Maryland/Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, North Carolina, Virginia, but I am open to looking at other schools if they are not too cold and good for Economics...
