I hate windows live photo gallery, i dont know how it got on my computer. How can i get back to my old default photo viewer ????

If i cant go back - is there a way to select a few photos from various albums and put them in their own seperate album ?

I am an avid amateur photographer, and competent with film. Several months ago i reluctantly switched to digital.

I am however, hopeless with a computer . I have downloaded several trial versions of editing software that promised to be "easy" to use. ( i think it might be easier to learn Chinese ) !!!

They are very confusing to a novice like me and i sent them to the trash.

Can anybody please suggest a truly "easy" editing program that i can try ?

So i want to buy a kayak and start searching websites and i find myself bogged down in a qucksand of sales hype.

Every one of 20 manufacturers claim that their product is best !!!!!

I want to spend under $400. Primary use will be for paddling creeks and still water for photography.

I have a small car and will have to carry it on the roof. I dont want an inflatable.

Based on those goals, can you suggest models to consider ?

I went to a dealer and he suggested i rent several models from him at $35 per hour to find a good boat. ! so what, i have to spend maybe $ 150 in rental and then another $400 ! ( what a crook)

I have always wanted to know just how many $ are made by just one toll booth in a 24 hr period.

then i can try and figure out just how many booths there are at each bridge and tunnel, and from there, add them all up to guess at the average takings in a day ,month, year and so on.

the revenues must be staggering ! and thats just cars trucks pay what-about 4 or 5 times the rate for cars ?

does anybody know how much the city makes in these tolls ?

(NYC and the triboro bridge and tunnel authority wont disclose the numbers ! )

are they any good ?

why do we spend hundreds of billions of your dollars destroying the infrastructures of iraq and afghanistan and grenada and somalia and the list goes on ! ----- only later, we again spend many more hundreds of billions to repair and replace the destroyed infrastructures ???

why do we pour millions upon millions of your dollars to israel and the phillipines and others every single year for their security ???

why do we spend billions more of your dollars every time theres a famine / earthquake / flood etc in most every corner of the globe every year ???

why cant we invest at home and fix our own decaying and potholed infrastructure first?

why cant we look out for, and invest in our own security first?

why cant we help ourselves at home first?

children are going to sleep right here in the usofa wondering if they will get a meal tomorrow !

Why do we let our government spend our money without asking for our permission first ?

I immigrated to this country and have lived here for 30 years. I used to have pride and faith in America but i guess i was naieve, now i hate this and all forms of government for its waste and abuse of its power at the expense of its citizenry.
