The answer chosen as the 'best answer' makes no sense. It is totally wrong and misleading. It can also become a standing joke and give Yahoo Answers bad publicity.

My last question was on intuition which is also called gut feeling. Intuitive thinking and response is a form of emotional intelligence, not mental sickness.

The word 'schizophrenic' applies to mentally sick persons who suffer from split personality which Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English. describes as "functional psychosis and split personality".

Schizophrenics are mentally sick persons who suffer from a psychiatric disorder (=mental illness) .

As a responsible member of the Yahoo Answers community, I request comments from knowledgeable members in psychology.

You don't have to be a genius to succeed but you can make the role of mentors widely known by answering.

There are times when a situation becomes critical, time is running out, you have lost contact with someone whose guidance is critical in an expedition or a plane crash but you have to act fast to save your own life and, maybe, the lives of many others.

A situation can also occur which becomes a turning point in your life. This is not at all serious. You are offered an important job for which you have no previous experience or training but you have to take a decision immediately based on your own gut feeling. Professional consultants often face such situations by risking their reputation if they fail in the assignment.

Sometimes a dangerous situation can arise when someone starts shooting at random and nobody knows how to deal with a mass murderer. Somebody in the crowd takes a “mad’ decision to attack the murderer by risking his own life to save others before the police arrives.

I am now using Pentax Espio 105SW film camera but, to keep the cost low, I do not expect the same quality of pictures from the digital camera.
