I recently expanded my home daycare and took on a few new families. In the past each family told me their arrival time, say between 7:15 and 7:30am and I was prepared. If they needed to drop off earlier or later they would ASK in advance if it was okay. Now, I'm finding the new families I have are not sticking with the arrival times we agreed on. They keep dropping their kids off anywhere from 20min to and hr and a half early without asking. Some days this would be fine within a few minutes, but I charge a daily rate (for up to 10hrs), so when they drop off early I have their kids longer with no extra pay. The new families are still within the 10hr frame, by a few min, but I'm frustrated that they are taking advantage of me by arriving so early without asking. How do you deal with early arrivals?

someone with TB? My friends 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with latent TB the other day. Not sure if its safe for me to be around the family and the kid since I'm 21 weeks pregnant.

I'm 14 weeks 5 days pregnant with my 1st baby. This morning I woke up laying on my stomach and got out of bed, as soon as I stood up I felt a bubbling in my stomach, hard to describe, but what came to mind was the movement a bubble wand makes when you blow bubbles. Sorta like a slow swooshing movement, down low, below my belly button a little to the left. I was worried I was dizzy but didn't feel my head spinning and my vision was normal. I sat down in a chair and felt it again just once. Think this was the baby moving? Is it too soon?

Do you think its rude to register online only? I'm pregnant and want to make an amazon registry only. I can't find much I like at the typical big regisrty stores like Target and Babies R Us. I don't wanna offend anyone, especially on my husband's side. Would it be annoying to have to pay for shipping and wait for a package or would the price cut and delivery be a convenience? We got married five years ago and didn't get anything from our registry that was online-only, but in the past few years online shopping has become so popular I'm wondering if it's widely acceptable? Any opinions ot thoughts welcome. Thanks

I'm looking for a midwife in Cincinnati Ohio who will deliver for the home birth we want to have. Anyone know of any? We also are looking for someone who would accept our insurance.

My husband and I are considering adopting domestically, my concern is, isn't there a "waiting period/trial period" in which the biological mother could change her mind and take the baby back? I have heard there is no option for this in an international adoption. Anyone know what the Ohio laws are? We live in Ohio, but would be open to either domestic or international adoption, I am just nervous about that "take back" time. Anyone have any experiences or info on this. We have just started to look into adoption, and are signed up for some introductory siminars, but I'm anxious about this waiting period and want to know asap. Thanks.

Is it too unusual? Difficult to pronounce? Middle name ideas?

I got pulled over speeding on the highway. I don't have a license, insurance, and didn't have my seatbelt on. I know, I know not smart choices, it was an emergency I won't go into, please don't scold me, its over now. Okay, so question is: I have to go to court tomorrow. Any idea what might happen? I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

My husand and I recently started fertility treatments. We are still working with my obgyn, and haven't moved onto a fertility clinic yet. The problem is, I feel like my dr. is just giving me an overview of the procedures. I hope some of you can help me know what to expect and what our chances are. Here is our most recent development:

I took 100mg of Clomid from cycle days 3 to 7. They gave me the injectibles on day 12 and did an ultrasound and I had 9 good folicles (okay, what qualifies as "good folicles" anyway, I wasn't told) at the time so we did the IUI on day 13.

I was wondering if anyone has had success with this method. The dr said to wait till I'm a week late to start my period before testing, but that is not till the 29th of this month. When did you get your positive results? What are our chances of success the first time? I keep finding such a variation of answers when I google it, so I wanted some 1st hand experiences.

I pretty much just surf online, check email, shop, and youtube, but I do have alot of music in itunes. Will this small computer be what I need? Anyone know about Acer or use a little notebook like this? Are there enough mgb for what I need to do.
