I'm fascinated by the black paint NASA uses on the inside of their optical equipment, and how much light it absorbs. Anyone know where, how, or what channels I would need to go through to get some, or a suitable consumer analogue? Any information is welcome.

I'm about to embark on a soft circuit project, using LEDs, conductive thread and a removable battery and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas about waterproofing said circuit, Especially the contact points for the battery, and the LEDs themselves. I'm not looking to feed this thing through a washer-drier, but it will need to stand up to rain, and possibly a gentle hand washing.

Seeing as the arts in our public schools are completely wrecked, and recently Portland Public Schools has made it so that the class fees for art classes are not required, we need ways to raise money for the arts department. Rallying our peers support is one, but we need actual factual money... any ideas?

So there are cardinal numbers (1,2,3,4,5...) and ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th...) but what is this series: Primary, secondary, tertiary and what comes next, ternary? (ive also heard quatrinary but I feel that ternary is more correct) Any other Latin students who could help me with this?
