I am trying to create a document in Word with several of the first pages blank and then have the next page start at 1.

I have read several tutorials and tried many different things to no avail. If someone could help, I would really appreciate it.

I am using Word 2000 if it makes any difference.

Over the past year, I have lost near 80lbs through diet (1,200 calories) alone. I hit a plateau and haven't been able to lose more than about 5lbs since. As soon as I stopped losing, I started walking a mile a day. After a week, I upped it to two miles. About two months ago, I started lifting weights. I have put on a decent amount of muscle, but I still can't seem to get rid of this fat!

Has anyone tried Hydroxycut, does it work? I won't have gastric band surgery, but I'm looking for good alternatives. Thank you!

Can anyone recommend a common, suitable replacement for lemongrass? I live in a small town and it's impossible to find in the surrounding areas. I know I can order over the internet, I'm looking for something I can use that's fresh and similar in taste. I'll be using it in a vietnamese lemongrass chicken recipe.

I've looked through over one-thousand shirts and haven't found this:

It's a large, intricately designed, cross, with an "M" in the center.

There is a rose near the "M" and several others around the design.

There are white vines and spiderwebs around the cross, and on either side of the cross are two skulls, each facing outward.

Across the bottom center of the cross is a banner with the words, "King of Thieves."

There are also several leaves around the design.

My grandmother loves this cake for her birthday, she clipped it out of a magazine that is probably fifty+ years old, and it is ripped badly. If anyone can help, please, let me know. This is a very specific cake:

2 1/2 cups sifter Swans Down Cake Flour -

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter or other shortening

? Cups sugar

? well beaten

? Squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, melted

? Cups water

1 Teaspoon vanilla.

The recipe includes Raisin Nut Morocco Frosting instructions that are also badly torn up.
