Need some helpful tips on trying to loose weight. I am 19 and I weigh 199 lbs, and am pretty short for my age ( 5' 4"). I have lost a few lbs already by using a food journal but I want to lower my weight to at least 170-175 lbs. A few helpful tips would be nice. Thanks!
