A friend gave me an old CPU, but here's the thing: there's no sounds! It has a built-in sound card, but I think it's not working. The built-in modem works though, and the speakers are working just fine - so I guess it's with the sound card. Do I have to buy a new sound card or is there a way to fix it?

I didn't disable it, yet my computer tells me that "The Administrator has disabled the Task Manager." Right-clicking on the Taskbar shows a grayed-out Task Bar selection.

I have a problem with my SHARP EL-531RH, The numbers appear fine in some areas but not in other areas. The upper line where I'm supposed to see the equation I've typed in is divided in half, while the lower line where you actually input the numbers doesn't show the whole number in some lines. Is there any "home remedy" available, or do I have to bring it to the repair shop?

Whenever I turn it on or boot it up, it displays the message "your computer case is opened!" and would restore my settings to "default" (I have to press F1 to continue loading my OS). Any idea to resolve this so I wouldn't have to keep pressing F1 whenever I want to start my PC and manually re-set my clock and calendar?

The "Happy Door" is a hacked Maple Frame Door that allows your sim the option to enhance their mood (except Room) at a cost of 10 simoleons by simply passing through it. It is colored red, if I'm not mistaken.

I have just heard of the Slurm Vending Machine and had no idea it existed... just wanted to try it out.

I just want to know what program/s would I need to use in order to add more files to my cd burned using CloneCD, but would not affect the quality of the disc. I burned a protected game and tried using Nero and CloneCD to add more files, but to no avail. Anyone has any ideas how to add more files? Please help.

this is a question about black and white 1 (pc version, windows)this'll be really quick: the map is based on the 1 vs 1 map of the skirmish mode... all the miracles are placed in the middle of the map (atop the hill)... there's no enemy god (no enemy temple) but there is this annoying creature... it's kinda like a sandbox/creature training map... any ideas on the map's name and the site from which it can be downloaded? thanks in advance...
