I try to turn it softer but then it won't start . What am I doing wrong?

he's in the second grade and has been rapidly improving over the last six months with his reading comprehension and math skills. I don't want to hold him back, the v.p. I believe is always a bunch of talk. She suggests certain things to help but never follows through when we agree. Then when we mention it again she'll say oh, it's full or too late. Blah, Blah.. I want to know if I can make them send my son through to third grade and how a nonconfrontational way to do it. His grades are mid 70's math 71 and reading 73, and has good behavior, attendance. register. She has been witnessed stealing tips and is not allowed on the register because of her consistent shortages. The managers were told by the owner to get rid of her, but they still haven't not even after flunking a random drug test. The tears must have worked. Today she was just so nice to clean one of my tables off with the tip and money w/guest check. After I told my manager that I had just seen $ on table and now it's gone he told me to ask her if she took it, when I did she said Oh- I forgot and pulled it out of her pocket. The only thing the managers told us was to watch our money when were working with her. If they aren't willing to get rid of her how do you suggest I(we) request not to work with her but not get our hours cut.
