Opinions of the HP 15.6" Pavilion DV6-3259WM Laptop PC

I am in need of a new computer and I am interested in this one but there were no reviews on it at walmart so i was wondering if anybody knew if this was a good computer. I also have checked out the HP Garden Dreams 14.5" Pavilion dv5-2129wm Special Edition Laptop PC so if anything on this one too. I need alot of memory and good battery life because I am going to school Thank you

Im starting photography school in a couple months and I am in need of a new camera. I do prefer Canons but if you know of any cameras that you believe are better I will check them out.
