When I was a kid, I read this story or this book and I can't remember the name or the author.

The only thing I remember about the story or book is that it was set back when radio and news broadcasting first came out. A radio announcer tells somehow talked to his audience and made them believe that the world was coming to an end or the city was being attacked. The people there actually starting choking when he described the toxic gases and so on.

Does anyone know the book/story and the author? I am dying to read it and I will give 10 points to whomever answers this!!

I've been living with my boyfriend for a few months now & recently I've had the problem with him not wanting to help me clean up the house. This is how it is: I go to school all week while he is at home all week long doing nothing but playing video games & watching TV. I'll ask him to clean up sometimes on Fridays before I get home & he'll either make up some excuse like, "I won't have time," or he just won't do it & claim that he forgot. For example, this morning before I left, I asked him if he wouldn't mind doing a load of laundry & straightening up the bedroom. He said he would have time to do a load of clothes, but he may not have time to clean our bedroom. It upsets me that he thinks he can just make a mess but not help clean up. He's not five years old anymore: cleaning is a responsibility that comes along with having your own house. I don't work, but I go to school all week & when I come home, I still clean or cook for us. Most of the time he doesn't help. I'm tired of being the only one who cleans while he just gets to sit back & enjoy his weekend to his heart's content. I want to say something to him, but he gets me so upset sometimes that when I do have the courage to say something, I feel like a b*tch & I just don't want to put it in a b*tchy way.

Could someone give me advice on what to say to him?

I watched a movie on Youtube once, but now I can't remember the name of it.

It was a horror movie. A few girls were out at a dance club partying & drinking. The next day, they all wake up in this haunted insane asylum or hospital or something. Towards the end, one of the girls is on the roof & she's talking to this guy about why the place is haunted, ect.

So if everyone says my boyfriend is just using me for s*x, then why has he told me that we won't worry about it because it causes too many problems? And why has he stepped up his game & started spending time with me?

I've been with this same guy for over a year now. I moved in with him after 10months of dating. His friends are over here all the time now. We used to fight about it a lot because I didn't think he spent enough time with me. He would always say, "Well, we see each other everyday." I don't ever bring it up anymore. More often than not, he just wants to hang out with his friends. He never invites me to watch a movie or asks me to play video games, ect. Like he does with his friends. He never spends true alone time with me & lately, when we are alone, all he wants to do with me is have "physical relations" if you know what I mean. I have to ask to spend time with him...isn't that pathetic? He used to not act this way. He used to be quite loving & always wanted to spend time with me. He told me that's why he wanted to move in, so he could spend more time with me.

I brought it up one night that I didn't want to have physical relations & explained why. I told him that just doing that when we were alone made me feel like that's all he wanted from me. He got mad & said he didn't understand how that could make me upset. I told him I wanted him to watch movies or play video games with me before, & he said he didn't realize he had to watch a movie with me in order for us to do that. He said, "What's the point in putting in a movie, when we're not going to watch it?" I can understand his side of the coin. I know he doesn't want to see me 24/7, but during the week, I'm at school!
