I'm 15 yrs old and I weigh 271 (this is what I weighed with my last doctor check up) and I tried but I don't know a good diet plan to set off to achieve this goal. I'm off summer break, and I want to really slim down in figure and for my health since my mother is desperately worried about my health,heart,cholesterol. I do have a YMCA memebership, they have water aerobics (I think its cardio) and treadmills, bicycling and a lot of others so what I need to know is:

1. Diet Plan

2. Proper exercise routines that you reccomend

3. Calorie in take

4. Ways that will make it shed off fast like how to lose 10 pounds a wk stuff like that

I live with my grandparents and my grand-mom told me to ask this question on here, because my grand-dad has wetted the bed, (yes he has a bed wetting problem) we think it may be bladder issues, how ever he does smoke constantly and because my grand-mom has a breathing condition and is on oxygen and heart issues, the smell is troublesome, and many doctors told her to stay away from smoke because it is not healthy, but my grand-father fails to realize that, and because of this, my sister had to go to the hospital because she has Asthma so smoking caused her to be sick.

HOWEVER

We have a regular mattress, covered by a feather bed, and a foam mattress on top, and is filled with urine and smoke smell by my grand-dad, how can we get rid of the smoke smell AND the urine before it goes to mold? We don't want fungal growth growing in the inside of the mattress, IT IS VERY UNSANITARY.

I have desk top computer with windows 7 and I use to have a lap top with WINDOWS XP but it got broken and now I have to resort to my desk top, at first it did not have the movie maker so I updated my computer to make videos for my YT account I've been planning, but when I started to use it, I could not add captions,audio,ect like I had on xp and I need it!

Can I upload the xp one even if I have windows 7? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE DOWNLOAD LINK?! Thats why I'm spending my 5 points for this, and I also tried to find photoshop CS5, I need that too! Oh and it has to be FREE and legit.

I'm 14 and have been living with my maternal grand-parents since birth because my dad never has been around and my biological mother could not support me so she gave temporary custody to them. Last year my dad got charged for not paying child support all my life and owes my grand-parents tons of money, and has been in Prison 6 years for bank robbery and is back in Prison for federal. He tried to fight my grand-parents for custody so he wouldn't have to pay but failed after my grand-mother and her lawyer was granted FULL sole custody. But unfortunately me and my grand-parents are UNCAPABLE to get along! This isn't just a teenager thing, this has been happening for years! For example:

My grand-mother and especially my grand-father verbally abuses me and threatened to call police over an unfair argument THEY started and for me trying to defend my side.

They commnited me to pychiatric hospitals 4 TIMES.

One day in The Ridge

4 days in Sammaritan then 6 days back to Sammaritan

then 7 days in Stoner Creek (I live in Kentucky by the way so this must be unfamiliar to some of you)

And have been on different meds since 4 years of age. But nobody seems to believe me, they cuss me and my grand-father said HE wanted to ruin my life! My grand-mother hit me on my head and my arms and in self-defense I took one of my drawing pens and stabbed her in the arm, (but had her coat on).

They kept on arguing with me, and called the police on me and they reported me. And BLAMED everything on me! This is only part of it, huns but it has been chaotic since I been here. But they are terrible! And I don't have any other family members to live with because they refuse to care for me. So is there anyway I can be emancipated under my grand-parents supervision and have options for support and continue school? PLEASE HELP! If I don't get help now, I don't know what will happen, they said they would send me to Juvenile Detention, I need some advice before it gets worse.

This is M&M and I have a question for all of you Kings Island and other amusement park lovers! :D

Ok, so me and my other two friends are planning to go on a field trip to Kings Island next month, on May 21st. One of my 8th grade teachers, who is also our team leader and in charge of all the money which is for transportation,park entry,food,ect. needs to collect the money soon, (which is only $60) and my parents said they are allowing my to go with my friends, and I haven't been there in a while, because few years ago I rode the beast, drop zone, and a few rides I can't remember the name with my mom, but its been along time. So my REAL question is what new rides will be opening this 2010 season? My friend goes only to level 4...so do I but I just want to know, so me and my friend can decide what to ride.

NOTE: Me and my friend are wanting to go on the Son of the Beast! So we are definately in for that! But want new ones! ;)

I have a female malti-shih, and she is approx.12 weeks, is my best estimate, becuase she was 10 weeks when I got her. She is not even close to a year old! But she is adorable,sweet and playful and she is very comforting. But there is one problem--she bites!!! IDK if she is teething but every time she plays with me, she licks me for about a second and then starts to chew my fingers and naw on my face,ect. And even if I stare at her or just sitting on my couch,she will come up on me after looking at me for 10 seconds and jumps and bite my feet or jump on my lap and roll around and bite. Usually to keep her busy when i'm doing some thing I give her her toys and she chews and then chews other randoms things like my head phones or climb on my living room table. She is so small and won't get very big and is so small almost like a toy dog...its mostly hair, but she plays rough and holds my hands with her tiny paws and then bites...and I have to say it HURTS!!! They are sharp like razors...as i'm typing she is beside me and scratching my arm and when I ignore she tries to bite. Is it for attention,phase or of need of proper training? How do I stop this?

I am 14 years old, I live in Kentucky--in a small town, Since the economy is bad and I'm very hard up on cash, I decided I want to get a job...One things for sure I can't work in a restaurant like Mcdonalds or grocery stores-thats not my main interest, I thought about baby-sitting,yard work but my mom said she won't let me baby-sit til' i'm atleast 16 and theres not many yard work to do around my neighborhood as my friends tried around my neighborhood and nobody was interested and I'm not very good with cleaning.

I am very good with computers though, and love to use the computer and my MAIN talent is Art...I am skilled at drawing anime,manga,drawing realistic people and animals,cartoons,and currently practicing land scaping and sculpting...so I talked to my counselor,she said she had a friend who is also an Artist and makes a living drawing characters and programming games for game programmers--which might be an interest, even though I feel like I answered my own question...I guess what I'm trying to say what are other fields in the Art Industry and other options?
