i saw this girl for awhile and things got serious but because of family issues we broke up. im completely obsessed wih her and i asked if we could still be together and she said yes even though shes with someone else at the same time. i think the only reason why she said that is because she wants to keep me jelous and what not when shes with him or texting him. i want to break it off with her but i really like her plus we have to communicate alot either way.

right now im 16, id like to join the reserves next summer and then join ROTC. after ROTC id like to sign a option 40 contract ASAP. i know that all contracts with the army last 8 years but could i go from my reserves contract to an option 40 contract and on a side question could you go through jump school and ranger selection in the reserves.

im 16 right now and im running 2 miles in about 16 minutes right now and 3 miles in about 27 minutes. how can i get faster times, ive been running for a few years now and i only took like 3 or 4 minutes off my 3 mile. my goal is to run the ranger 5 mile run in 40 minutes by the end of the summer so any tips would be great.

i want to sign a option40 contract when im 18 and possibly an 11x when that contract ends but i dont know if id like to go to ROTC or not, here are some questions i have.

1. does it cost money to go to ROTC and if so how much?

2. does it count towards your time in service towards receiving pention and do you get paid.

3. in completing ROTC what rank would you be and what roll would you play in your unit?

4. are there more roles in combat arms units for officers or grunts?

5. do i still get to go through RASP and do i get to do more training if i go into ROTC?

any help would be great, if you can link some reliable sources even better.

ive been working out for awhile and ive put on a few pounds of muscle but im still only 135 at 6 foot, ive been doing very low rep range like 5x5, is that a big no no for gaining muscle and what would you suggest?

just because we guard our president, political figures, goverment buildings and banks with guns doesnt mean we should protect our children with them, because who in there right mind would take advantage of a gun free zone like schools or movie theaters, plain idiocy they obviously just want guns everywhere, right?

im 16 now and my PT is going well but im scared of me getting to selection and being washed out by not being able to deal with the mental stress, i plan on going on a ruck march with my brother but even after that can you suggest any thing to train me mentally.

I run and strength train 5 days a week but id like to do a workout that does not cause to much pain to do on my two off days, I'm thinking of walking on those days, any suggestions? ( swimming is out of the question )

I've always been skinny and I've been thinking of bulking lately, I've decided i want to go on a brown rice/ white chicken breast and potatoes diet, if I put on ets say 10 to 20 pounds on will i be able to keep my low body fat % naturally or will I keep alot of fat, I workout 5 times a week if it helps

I've bought these things that i think are called tostitos at Costco, My brother sais I'm wrong, they have gooey chicken and some sort of salsa on the inside them, we don't know what they are called please help!!!
