What exactly does whey protein do (in terms of weightlifting)? What are its pros and cons? What benefits are people that use it getting? Does it just speed up muscle recovery or help build more and stronger/leaner muscle?

5 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoWhich online broker should I use?
I'm having trouble deciding. I'm fairly new to trading, so I want something fairly easy to use. I'm more concerned about execution speed and commission, so my ideal broker is fast and cheap. So far I have three: Sogotrade, Scottrade, and TDAmeritrade, but I'm having trouble deciding. If you have any more suggestions, feel free to post what they are and WHY you suggested them.
Thanks

When using the built-in Google Chrome html editor, if I change something, say a picture or paragraph on a website, how do i save the work that I have done? If no one knows, does anyone have a good HTML editor that will do the same or close to the same as Google Chrome?

1 AnswerInvesting1 decade agoScottrade Trading Platform?
How good is it exactly? I've heard that Scottrade is a very popular platform to use, and at $7/trade, why not?
My question is: How long between me clicking the "Buy" button on say, 10 shares of MSFT until it completes my order? I need it to be fast, also fast on the selling part too. Does it lock in the price at the time of buying/selling? E.g., if I click sell when it gives me a price of say, $5.00, and the price drops to $4.75, will it credit me with a sell at $5.00 or $4.75???
Thanks.
