I went to the doctor on Valentines day, and we seen the baby (this was first visit/ultrasound) and the doctor said it looked perfectly healthy. (8 weeks lmp and 5 1/2 weeks gestational). He said it looked nothing short of a normal healthy pregnancy.

After the appointment, he sent me to the lab to have my hormones checked and make sure everything was okay there.. I went back in yesterday (at 48 hours) as he directed to make sure everything was okay again. The lady who was drawing my blood looked really puzzled and finally asked why I was in if I thought I was having a miscarriage. [I never said a word to her before Hello].

I get a call this morning from my doctor, and he said just expect a miscarriage (he didn't want to see me at all again) because my hcg was zero.. something doesn't seem right here?! If it was at zero, maybe we should re-test? or another ultrasound right away?

I just went in for my first ultra sound on Valentines day, the doctor placed me at 8 weeks.. I didn't see a heartbeat, which I guess is normal?

I went in and had my blood drawn on the 14th and then again today.. I have my next appointment on Tuesday the 21st, but I'm just not sure if my u/s looks normal. When the girl took my blood today, she thought I was there because I was having a miscarriage or something, apparently not a lot of people go in twice to make sure the hcg is going up? I'm lost...

I took two tests yesterday and both popped within 2 - 3 minutes of being positive. They were for sure blue lines, not evaporation lines.

I have a disbelieving boyfriend, so we got another box last night for today (different brand than the first box). Took one with FMU and it came up positive again (super faint), and then took the other one after holding it for 5 hours.. it came up neg..

I made a doctor's appointment yesterday and it's on Valentines Day (so a week from now), but with the one negative.. should I just cancel the appointment?

I took 3 tests between yesterday and today, and they all came out positive (wooo)

But two weeks ago I started feeling like I was coming down with the flu, I got over most of that.. now my ears are plugged, almost like sinus pressure or an ear infection, along with my legs (around my knees) hurt something horrible. I figure we are probably around 7 weeks-

i just found out today I'm pregnant, peed on two sticks (had to make sure I wasn't seeing things on the first one!) Back in December I had been diagnosed with PCOS and my gyno put me on Metformin and Birth Control.. apparently the birth control didn't work..

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year and he's fully aware of what's going on now.

He's a little in shock, but I guess that wears off? He said don't believe it until we go to the doctor.

I made a doctor's apt next week (Valentines Day) to see what's going on. But both tests, came up positive after 2 1/2 - 3 minutes. Do I really just ignore it until the dr's apt?

We are just finding out that I am 4-5 months along. 4 to 5 months ago, I had taken HPT's that said positive (all of them), and had went to my doctor for the UA and blood test (which both came out negative). They refused to do an ultra sound because I don't have insurance and I don't have the money; Thank you to a family friend who is a nurse at gyno office, feeling around and another hpt (positive), she said with the dates of everything and feeling around that's where she would place us. Everything fits into line at 4-5 month range. I think I'm more scared because it wasn't in my head all this time that I could have been, and I'm not exactly sure what to do as far as body wise.Anyone else found out this late in the game that they were pregnant?

I'm 20 and my boyfriend & I, just found out we are expecting our first child. he is an army medic, so of course he is FULL of information, but he is quite surprised with as much as I don't know. I'll walk out of the bedroom or bathroom, and be asking "is this normal?.. what about this?" to him. Is it okay or halfway normal not to know an abundance about pregnancy? He doesn't want me to sit in front of the computer for 8 hours of the day on the baby forums (babycenter, etc.)

Are there any sites that are informational, books, personal experiences that can help? I feel sort of bad that I'm not informed on what's going to happen, or is happening; but I've never had a mom to talk to or anything. Anything helps and I appreciate it!

I would be about 12/13 weeks along right now, and I've had 10 Positive HPT's, all different brands & taken at different times of the day. They have all come up positive, with no question.

So I went to the doctor for the to confirm, and they could not. They said with as many positives as I've had, they would go with mine over theirs. (Makes me wonder?) They figured maybe I was going to have a miscarriage, but I've never bled, passed anything or had any pain - But still no period, accompanied with positive pregnancy tests that are getting stronger.

Was wondering if anyone had been through anything remote to this? Or had an idea of what would be going on?

I haven't had a period since February, March I had very light bleeding (and I normally am very heavy, and 5 days). The one in March was very light, and like 3 days. I started getting sick, and took multiple pregnancy tests at home, all coming up with a positive result. I went into the doctor for a blood test, and it came back negative. They said I was most likely miscarry within the next week or so, and that was about 2 - 3 weeks ago. I am now 5 days late for my period, and out of my gut feeling.. I bought another pregnancy test today. It came up positive.

This has been a very confusing situation, even trying to explain it to my boyfriend. His outbursts of, every test I take is wrong. I just want to know if anyone else has gone through this, or remotely. I feel like I'm going out of my mind, but can't get a positive result at the doctors.

The tests have all been different brands, from different stores too-

I've taken 7 tests at home, being of different brands and from different stores. I've taken them at different times of the day and they still all come up positive. I don't have insurance, and in order to be seen by my regular Ob, I had to go to our local birthing center for a confirmed pregnancy. I've been in there 3 times, and all times the tests come up negative. It looks like they are using cheap tests- I've even brought my tests with me to show the ladies that I wasn't out of my mind. Is there something wrong with me? Or could it be their tests?

My boyfriend and I just found out that we are pregnant with our first child, this past Monday. We have just told both of our families, and both are very excited. Last night we went to dinner with his mom, and she's already buying a bunch of things (clothes, etc). She said this weekend, her and her husband are going out to get the crib, stroller, car seat(s) and whatever else. Is this normal for people to be this excited and buying things SOO early? I'm afraid by the time the baby gets here we wont have any place to put it!

My period is supposed to start tomorrow, but I've been having some "odd" symptoms. I can normally drink a fair amount, and not be tipsy. This week (3 different nights) I had, One beer [6%], and I felt drunk each time. My dreams are becoming oddly more vivid, and I'm not the one to really have dreams. I also started noticing I was having migraines but nothing out of the ordinary was happening.

I took 2 hpt's, the last 2 days. Both times, the control line was there, but the positive lines were super super faint. Pregnant?

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to merge several power points together?

I need to do it for a class and I am a little lost.

We've been living in this duplex for a little over a year now. When we first moved in, we would do laundry and the washing machine lid would be standing up so the laundry would not finish.. Then we started 'feeling' people around us, or like someone would be sitting beside us. Shortly after that, during the night we would hear what was foot steps around the apprtmnt. Along with the foot steps we would hear children what seemed to be playing in other rooms; Or the water would turn on by itself or hear things clanging around. I've even seen my coasters spin around in circles! Sometimes doors will slam shut repeatedly.. What the hell is going on?
