the washer when started will go through the wash cycle but stops and wont complete to rinse cycle at all even if switched to rinse on any type of cycle(delicates,regular etc.) so just wash and spin cycle work nothing else. what part or parts could be the problem?

i just got back from a routine cleaning and it was awful. I have great teeth with minimal plaque buildup and he used something like a water pick. I went to rinse with water and there was so much blood it didnt even look like there was any water mixed in. there was blood splatters on my face and bib. In between my gums there is blood and my gums hurt sooooo bad. Now keep in mind I have a high pain tolerance and I have had cleanings before. What I want to know is why he used a water pick when every other cleaning I have had they just scraped and it was uncomfortable at times but is to be expected. This cleaning however I came home and just cried my eyes out.

My nephew is 5 going on 6. He is very smart and behaves well for my husband and I. At home its another story. anyways. We have noticed for a while that everytime he is here some thing or several things in my sons room gets broken. About a year ago he was ripping shelves off the wall and breaking new toys. Now he isnt running around acting like hes upset or anything, him and my son who is a little over a year younger are just playing in the room and when he leaves and we are cleaning up or if my son comes and tells we find the broken toy. Just for examples her are some of the stuff hes broke and how. Foam sword- scratched foam tearing pieces off. nerf ball- torn to shreds star wars gun- broke tip off books- ripped out pages and countless toys now missing legs wings and other parts. I dont know what it is but its usually new toys. Oh and one day i went in my sons room and he(my nephew) emptied the clothes hamper and both toy boxs and the whole book shelf to the floor. The room looked like a real disaster area everything everywhere. I dont know what to do ive talked to him put a lock on the closet door and when hes come over locked it but no matter what everytime he is over he breaks stuff. So i want to know some reasons why he might be doing this and what i can do to help.
