I work in a public setting and the people I deal with are already very rude. I am looking for a good way to word a sign to ask them to end their cell phone conversations before trying to conduct business. Any suggestions??

He's a royal prick, but it needs to be something the kids don't understand as being hateful towards him if you get my drift. Any thoughts are appreciated!!

I am participating in our local Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society. I want to come up with some sort of gimmick to help me hit my fundraising goal, but I want it to be reasonable because i don't want to chicken out. (i.e. I don't want to shave my head, but dying it pink isn't daring enough) Does anyone have any ideas??

We want to make a ton of signs for our next home game taunting the other team. My creativity for the day is sapped & I need help. Any ideas?

Sarah Chalke (the girl that plays Elliott on Scrubs) ----I saw her bare feet in a movie and OMG they look huge! Does anybody know what size she actually wears? According to her website she's only 5'6" but her feet looked to be at least an 11 or 12.

I've got boy/girl twins in the first grade & I don't know what to do about their birthday party(ies). Is this the age to start doing separate birthday parties or should I do one neutrally themed party & have each child invite their classmates? My only concern is that last year when they were in kindergarten no one came from either class so if I do a combined party what if kids come from one class & not the other.

Am I just overthinking this? Any SINCERE thoughts are appreciated!

We've been in out house about a year now & I wanted to take the carpet out of my daughter's room & put in wood flooring. When we ripped up the carpet...lo and behold there was wood flooring under there already. It looks like it's in good shape for the most part, but there's either parts of the carpet pad or possibly mold that's on the floor...it's big black dots only on one side of the room. We can get them up but I'm wondering the best way to disinfect the entire floor without damaging it since we don't know what it is. My daughter has horrible allergies which is why we're getting rid of the carpet so I can't take a chance with it being mold & not disinfecting it really well before she comes home. Any help is appreciated!!
