I'm 17, 138, 5'7 and im looking to get jacked/built. i am a member at Planet fitness and i was curious how my workout should be. such as legs, arms and back all in one day? How many days i should go to the gym? and if there is any protein i should take to get bigger? thanks everyone!

Senior in high school and would like to join the military (Marines preferred). But i plan on going to community college for two years to get my AA. COuld i then transfer to a college with an ROTC program?

I'm currently a senior in HS and i plan on going to Community college for 2 years then most likely enlisting in the Marines. Can an enlistee then be moved to an officer (OCS) if they show leadership etc? and can they then finish up college (after the Community college credits) at The Naval Academy?

I mean, It is a natural growing plant so God must have known? I'm a teen so of course i have experimented with marijuana. (Only drug i have ever used). And when i smoke, it makes a stronger bond of why there must be a God and he exists. So technically it strengthens my belief.

Is this a good plan? If not help me out please. I'm currently a Junior in High school. I plan on joining either the Marines or Air Force. Is going to a community college for 2 years and then enlisting into the military, doing boot camp etc. and then after that transfer out to a 4 year college a good plan? or should i just enlist right out of HS. Nail test for Ionic bonding. Why did the Sugar not react with it but the Salt did?

Lab background: A nail and screw were suspended above distilled water. And 2 alligator clips were clipped to the nail and screw to a 9 volt battery. Why did the Salt react in the water but the Sugar did not? Please help
