Okay, I can't stand underarm hair at all! But no matter how often I shave, what shaving cream i use, or what kind of razor I use I cannot seem to get rid of the little black dots!! I even recently tried using Veet razorless hair removal and it worked great on my legs but, not my underarms! Anyone have any suggestions?

I have spinal pain and it constantly feels like my spine needs to be streched. I get headaches and neck pain from this daily and I need help.

I have back pain that is in my spine and I get headaches every day (I'm not exaggerating). Are there any tips to stretching and relaxing the pressure in my spine? It hurts and feels tense from the bottom of my spine all the way up to my neck and my head throbs. I don't want to get stuck on pain pills but, I need some help because it is starting to get unbearable.
