my son asked me last night if the world would end soon. of course i reassured him that it's not true. people have been predicting the end for years and it hasn't come yet. so why did i have the worst possible dream i could have last night. then i listened to bob dylan's masters of war and got so depressed.first afghanistan, iraq, iran, now russia...wtf? this world is getting scarier and scarier. someone please try to convince me of the same thing of which i had to convince my 12 year old son.

what exactly are we looking for on this forum? are we really looking for answers? i've seen some really stupid and insulting questions on here for which there are no answers. And when it comes to religion , is there a definite answer? Isn't religion just a matter of personal choice. I personally don't believe in god ...so do you think that by someone telling me there is one will convince me? and to those of you that do believe, will you be convinced of the contrary? i think it's funny when people give their opinions as if it is fact. nobody knows the facts, so why are we here.so please, give me your OPINIONS on this.

mostly all republicans i know are rich and or very stingy with money and blame democrats and gays for all the problems this nation faces. why is that?

the site i am looking into is freeustravel.com. it claims that by becoming a member i can take a vacation and only pay taxes and other small fees. has anyone else used this site or anything similar? what were the results?
