Can I set aside the cake batter mixture and for how long?
I had only small oven at home and I'm planning to bake a 3 layered cake, thus I have to bake them in 3 batches. I'm planning to prepare the batter at once, and set them aside while baking the 1st batch and so on...will my cake still come out ok? Any other suggestion...

I think my ear piercing got infected, because some liquid stuff can be found and when I try to insert the earring, pain sensation can be felt for few second and it gone and it already been a month since I got my ear pierce.

Recently I brought a electric oven, I been trying to bake cakes, but every single one of them shrink. While baking inside the oven, it rise perfectly, but when I took it out it started to shrink. I been baking ever since, but I'm been using a turbo boiler, it haven't rise as nice as the electric oven, but it never shrink when taken out.
Should i use the lower heater or upper or both? should i put it nearer to the heat or further? should i not take it out of the oven as soon as it cooked? Or are their any special techniques?

While the soufflés was baking it rises, but when i take it out of the oven it started to shrink, here is the copy of the recipe i used.
Deep Dark Chocolate Souffle
INGREDIENTS:
Halves whole
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY®'S Dutch Processed Cocoa
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs, separated
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 6 scoops coffee ice cream

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350 F. Butter 6-cup souffle dish; coat with 1 tablespoon sugar.
2. Stir together cocoa and flour in medium bowl. Add butter; blend well. Heat milk in medium saucepan until very hot. Reduce heat; add cocoa mixture, beating with whisk until smooth and thick. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Cool slightly. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Cool to room temperature.
3. Beat egg whites in large bow.
