Feel very cold in a a nice hot weather?

I feel very cold even in a a nice hot weather, I asked my GP about the matter and I was told that apprently its normal.

That is NORMAL according to my GP

I am confused.

Can anyone please tell if there are any vitamins that can be taken to improve on the cold.

I am really shocked why do we get so many horrible diseases even at a such a young age, could it be our diet or the utensils what the common causes.

We have to face these things on a daily basis can we actually stop or prevent these diseases from taking over our lives.

Do you bleieve in this type of fair trade ( Which in reality is unfair)?

Last time I was in the super market I bought bunch of fair trade bananas believing that I was helping the poor by doing so.

Surprisingly I was wrong the only people that benefit from this all are the traders that actually sell to the supermarket or the public poor old grower does not get any more then what he is normally paid.

I was told the only way my money will go to these people would be if I was to there physically and give it into someones hand.

These so called seed aids and water aid organisations sadly operate on the same basis when the money is donated it is used for better water facilities however its given to the needy in a form of a loan rather then a helping hand to start them off .

The seed aid again they loan people the money that was donated for them and sadly they poor will have to return it back in some places with interest.

If you were to donate to a charity and want to make sure that your money actually gets to the needy and not the thieves how would you do it
