  • Bonds will hit 756...Curiously, does Sosa, Griffey Jr. and ARod. keep Bonds playing past this year? Tx balfans

Griffey Jr. intrigues me. Sosa is passionate, ARod is blessed.

Growing up a Bonds fan is a strange deal. On one hand the man has talent, it was evident at an early age. The problem is, with Bonds, his ego was just as well known. Just to the casual observer (outside of their home team buffer zone) Bonds was and sometimes is to this day a baseball legend.

The bitter truth of the matter is this :

    1. Bonds is going to have his day. His career and stats will without a doubt stand to the test of time and baseball lore.

    2. Bonds will go down in baseball history as an ego-maniac

    3. The man (Bonds) has talent but please let me be talking about a better human on this planet soon with regards to the baseball homerun record, 755 baby!

A healthy Griffey Jr. to my eye is the best of the "Bonds" era.

Sosa is a clearly non-steriod user example of a great player that is living and breathing and too damn ashamed of playing in a steriod era.

ARod. is less of an ***.
