Relationship bonds?
Ok this question is going to directly take on a woman's commitment. (sorry, I don't know how to ask it niceley.) I read these forums and listen to people in real life and on the TV and radio; talk about how strong their bond is and how much they love each other.
I'll then hear a different story of how the sex in the relationship has to be of a certain degree. "Gotta test drive before you buy. etc."
So let's pose this question: You meet an awesome man, the sex is great= awesome, love, relationship, marriage, ok ok. Something happens(an accident,) that renders him completely incapable of having sex. Viagra is not going to save the day.
So despite all the "I love you with all my heart," marriage, "we're there for each other, no matter what." How many of you will now leave?
It just seems to go against the "guys only want sex from me" statements. Even now we have stories comming out of military men, with spouses/GF's that are leaving/cheating.
1 AnswerSingles & Dating1 decade agoPeople information sites?
So I have been looking online for sometime now, to make sure I don't have any identifying info of me out there. I've been looking for years. So far so good. Well I recently looked again at these websites like peoplefinder.com and such. Somehow I am now on them. They say how old I am, what cities I have lived in and even give the names of my parents and a brother.
How in the H-LL did this suddenly just happen. Does anybody know where they get this information? For example I can only think of a few places that know the city I last lived in. My insurance co., cell phone, bank, credit card, University, post office, the Fed, employer. Thats it.
Do these places sell my info to these sites? I want it to stop. How do I do it. Who else is probably holding this information? For a price, they are supposed to give a very detailed list of info(phone #, address, etc.) I'm considering buying one just to see how much they have and if I can figure out where they are getting it.
2 AnswersOther - Computers1 decade agoDoesn't want cancer treatment.?
I'd like to gather some thoughts.
A thirty year old healthy male has just been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor(brain/lung/colon/etc.). Treatment could save him.
He decides to seek no further medical attention upon notification of this news. He starts winding up many of his affairs. As friends and family, what do you think of this decision?
6 AnswersPsychology1 decade agoWindows xp pro product key?
Ok I bought a computer(built) from a private party. It had a trial version of XP Home with Vista. My trial time ran out and I tried to put on XP Pro that I bought from another private party.
The XP Pro was in the shrink wrap and everything about says it is legit.(If not, it's a hell of a good job). Well I tried to load it and everything seemed to be working right. At the end it tells me it did not load correctly. I try again to no avail. I give it all to a friend much smarter in computers than I. He finds one of the memory sticks went bad and something about "final install was probably effected by bad memory..."
Pulling the stick he has tried to load the XP Pro. When it asks for the Product key (25 digits), the one that came with the package says, Invalid???
Did I get screwed here? Is there a way to verify the code I have with Microsoft? Is there a way to get that code off of the CD?
HEEEELLLLLLP. I'm computer moron so please help me the best you can.
Thanks.
2 AnswersSoftware1 decade agoDressing a 30 year old male.?
Ok I'm not 30 until this summer, but I had to think that maybe it's time for an analysis of my personal style. I haven't had one in about ten years.
I am a single white male. 6'3" 180 pounds. I have dark hair and wear glasses(will not do contacts). My eyes are somewhat sunk into my head and can shift in color from slate grey to green to brown. I am a CPA, mountainer, fairly culturered and had a mother that beat a degree of etiquete into me. Facial shape is square to rectangular. I have the squared jaw and unfortunately the lanky body. My hair style is typically short, with mid ear sideburns.
I have not owned a pair of tennies in years, nor do I wear items with ads on them or sport teams.
So what style should a man in my position look at? Links would be helpful. I peruse GQ, Details, and Esquire. I am however not that colorful and a little too much of that looks metrosexual or gay. Wont go that route.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
5 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade agoBecoming reclusive?
I have considered myself somewhat bipolar in the realm of socializing and communication. Lately I have noticed that I just have less and less to say. I don't think its a growing lack of empathy, but I really don't see as much excitement as others anymore.
This has made me not as sociable in groups or meeting new people, as there just seems to be a lot more things that aren't relevant to me anymore.
Any thoughts?
6 AnswersPsychology1 decade agoWomen that make the approach?
Ok ladies how many of you have actually approached a man. How did you feel about it. The women, that I know who have done it, tell me its one of the most nerve racking things they have ever done.
How was your experience?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoI don't think its a fetish?
I like a woman in a corset. The real corsets with the ribbings and such. I know the real ones are expensive and some people look at me like I'm nuts. I just love that waist trimming, bust enhancing hourglass figure. So am I the only guy that likes women in these things?
If they make a time machine, I want to go back to the victorian era. :-D
8 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoHow long to make a move?
Yeah its a repost but the original got buried, with no answers.
Ok this has just been bugging me for too long now. I started seeing this woman. In the end it ended up bad( it didn't need to). One of her complaints was that I didn't make a move in the first 5 chances.
She expressed how disturbed she was by this. Yet I got very intimate(sex) with her, about a month after first meeting her. I'll admit at first I was just looking at it as a friend situation, but then started to really like her.
So what is the correct amount of chances men should get to make a move for a kiss or holding hands or something else that just seems to be more intimate?
This isn't the whole story and I also admit that I had been out of the dating world for almost four years. We were both 28 at the time.
Am I wrong? Did I not move fast enough. I would tend to think that sex a month later would say pretty fast.
Siiiiiiiigghhhhh. Help. Help relieve my mind. Thanks.

1 AnswerSingles & Dating1 decade agoBosses gender?
Overall what gender of boss have you found it more pleasant to work for.
I'm male and have really only had one female boss that I liked. The rest were like a girlfriend I would have dumped if I could.
Also state your gender for comparison.
11 AnswersCareers & Employment1 decade agoSalt and pepper hair?
I want to have salt and pepper hair and I don't want to wait twenty years to get it(based off father). How can I do it? I currently have dark brown hair.
4 AnswersHair1 decade agoSo how are the women?
Considering moving to probably Auckland, maybe Christchurch. Currently single with no family. I've read apparently NZ is having a man drought. So what are my chances of a couple good dates? LOL
So seriously, what is the average NZ girlie like? What are her average interests? Is their a reason that men are leaving? Hopefully its not the women.
3 AnswersOther - Australia1 decade agoHow long to collect on loan?
This last summer I loaned a women that I was seeing about $450. Well things turned sour and she emailed me about having to do some work on her car, could she pay me back over time. I told her ok. Later on the problems escalated She tells me that she doesn't want me to communicate with her again.
Well I sent her an email this last November and she responded back in rage emphasizing the do not contact her. Well under my own level of goodwill( or idiocy) I haven't brought up the issue yet. I figured I'd let her get through Christmas at least.
I am now at five months waiting(original was a month). How long should I let my goodwill be exhausted before enough is enough?
5 AnswersFriends1 decade agoNew Zealand Cell phone service?
I'm considering moving to New Zealand from the US and have been trying to do some homework before I make the decision. One thing that I have looked into is cell phone service.
HOLY SMOKES!!!
Am I finding the right websights? It looks like you guys are paying an arm and a leg for very little service time. Yes I've done the conversion to US dollars. Yikes!
I currently have T-mobile and I get 600 anywhere anytime minutes, with free night and weekend and ten cent text messages.
This works out fairly well for me, so I wouldn't mind something similar. Could someone clarify for me what the average rate is there and point me out to those sites?
Thanks.
4 AnswersGeneral - Australia1 decade agoI think I want to leave my family?
I tried scoping out this internet dingy for a similar question and found nothing more than whiny little teenagers complaining about how much they hate their family and want to leave and live with their puppy love significant other.
Well I'm 29 and with the exception of one brother, I don't hate my family. I just don't feel any attachment. They mean well and I know they love me, but I just don't feel happy around them.
Holidays have just felt like obligations that I apparently have to become the good son and go visit. I hate this culture of family always. I must "love" my brother? Why? Movies preach on, how miserable the non-family man is. I feel miserable going to see them. Why is it I'm the bad guy.
My own personal relationships just seem to be constantly hampered by my personal unhappiness around them.
Am I really that wrong for wanting to split away?
Even now I'm trying to think of a way to avoid Thanksgiving and Christmas.
