It has 148,000 miles, runs great, interior has some moderate wear on it, exterior has no rust at all. What should I start it at?

I went to a dealership and left a down payment before all numbers were written down. Now I'm going back and think they are going to call it a deposit and if I walk due to more fees, they will not return my down payment. It was given with debit card.

I try to go to sites that have streaming video and it doesn't play the video, is there some application I need to play streaming video off websites? I go to the download section and it says the file is too large but I have a 8 gb memory card, I'm confused.

The mold is on the celiings, floors, windows in both of our bedrooms and in the bathroom. Our veterinarian said our animals can get respiratory problems and at the hospital I work in the infectious disease control nurse said it's potentially dangerous and could cause asthma. We signed a 3 year lease about 7 months ago, but this is disgusting. The roof leaks into the walls and ceiling which is crumbling. Our landlord said he probably has to replace the roof and the walls. Do I have to wait around for this? Can I just find a new place and move as soon as I need to? It's getting stuffy in here and I don't even have asthma.

i brought her home a few days ago, first night her crate was in my bedroom, she whined for 2 min then slept all night, then we moved the crate to the kitchen because shes noisy moving around in the crate at night. the first night of that she whined for 20 min then slept thru the night, and last night she cried for an hour and a half and i finally took her out and she slept for 10 hours without a peep on the bed with me. after doing errands during the day i find a pool of drool outside the crate when i return. she does the same in the car so i assume its anxiety. anybody have any tips to calm her down? it is a large crate, metal. she lived in an identical metal crate like 10 hours a day at her breeders. thanks!

anyways, my parents got separated like 15 years ago, my dad got married a year ago, and my mom died like 2 years ago. my wedding guest list is 216 and my fiances dad needs to cut the list to like 190, and my father brought up the idea of cutting my cousins, who i grew up with practically, on my moms side. this leaves the total ppl im inviting from my moms side at my grandparents and my 5 aunts. meanwhile my dad is inviting 65+ people including my stepmoms brothers and sisters, their children (my new "cousins") and like 30 ppl i've never met that are like his 3rd cousins. is it really ethical to cut my 6 cousins on my moms side which i actually know and grew up with? i sure want them to come since i'll only know like 10 percent of the wedding party as it is.

i'm moving the last week of may, first 2 weeks of june and all the realtors i've talked to keep saying to contact them in the middle of april to start looking. am i not being aggressive enough?

Hi all, so my fiance and I are relocating and noticed most apt complexes say NO to animals, and if they allow animals they say NO to dogs greater than 30 lbs, and NO to more than 2 animals. I've noticed some real estate peoples websites have home rentals, is this a common thing? Should I start emailing and calling real estate agents? Is this real estate agent my landlord? that sounds silly, unless that's the way it is. Also, we don't want to buy because I'd be moving in 3 years after doing my medical residency. Also, if you've read this far into my qeustion, do realtors talk to eachother? Would I have to call each real estate agent in the county? Thanks in advance :o)

I'm having my 4 wisdom teeth taken out on a thursday, and hope to return back to "work" on the following monday. I'm not too afraid of the pain part, I'm more afraid of the swelling, I'm doing a medical rotation (i'm a student) and think I might freak out this doctors patients when I come back high on pain medication and with swollen cheeks. thanks all :o)

I thought it wasn't healthy to loose that much weight that fast. Am I loosing fat? or just water? This is all confusing. Whats going on here.

So, I'm going into residency making 38k starting out with 0k in the bank. By the time I start, My debt and my fiances debt combined is 203k. My fiance will be making $20/hour from her job. I will be at the same hospital for 3 years and then will move back to where I grew up. I have no money to put down, for fees, all that stuff you need to plan for when buying a house. My credit is perfect, or as good as possible for a 25 y/o. I can defer most of my loans through residency, so the question is, is it worth it to get a house even for only 3 years? if i can't sell it after the 3 years, won't i be screwed? what if the housing market goes down, i'm broke, no money for backup. will anybody even give me a homeloan when i am already in debt 203k? thanks ppl :o)

Ok, so I'm a 4th year med student, maxed out my school loans for the year, will leave with around 160k in loans. Will run out of money at the end of May right after graduation and will get my first paycheck from residency around the first week of July. I can live with my fiance but she doesn't have the money to feed me, pay for my gas, car insurance, cell phone bill etc. for those 6ish weeks. Any ideas on what to do? I can technically cancel everthing, not drive, and hunt my fiances cats for food but I don't think she'll go for it, so 0% credit cards? lines of credit? personal loans? any ideas?? thanks all who answer or even look :o)

We are at 215, we can afford 150-170 depending on what each guest orders. My father won't cut anybody from his part of the list because he thinks the brides father pays for the wedding and that is tradition and how he has seen it done. He thinks that if you cant' afford to invite somebody then you should not have a reception at the country club and have it someplace cheaper. He has already given $5k with the brides father giving almost 11k, and brides mother around 3.5k. This is surely going to make the bride cry and i'm seriously thinking about eloping. Shall I invite 215 and pray 150-170??? Oh yea, the brides father has done 2 other weddings, 2 other daughters and have given 10k to each of them. Probably should of thought of this earlier right? This is the groom all in the middle of it, help

this happens every year. she makes a big deal out of giving gifts as a couple for the holidays. i don't mind it but for my father and my brother, my closest family, i have this need to give them gifts from only me, like they are my family, i have a very personal connection with them. i think my fiance feels that if we don't give gifts together then she thinks I don't want to marry her. yea shes like that because shes been engaged then dumped before so i understand, but should i stand my ground since it feels right even thought in the end it doesn't matter, since it is just gifts? thanks ppl!!!
