Does anyone know where to find data on the county level of the number of landlines vs the number of wireless lines (cell phones)

There's a builder in my town who offers something called a 'home trade program'. Just like trading cars, they buy your house when you buy theirs. That's not the part in question. They'll pay several thousand more for your house than it's worth if they need to so that you can afford to buy their higher priced homes. I do know that there are legal limits to where you can get cash to put into a house, and that it has to be disclosed (like a gift from a parent or something). And that the builder couldn't just give you $25,000 to use to purchase his house. so is it basically the same thing to pay you $25,000 extra for your house?

The other side of the story is that the houses you buy from them are overpriced about $25,000 (compared to other houses in the neighborhood).

What is the time limit for a card issuer to be able to reverse charges? A friend didn't receive a product he ordered and pre-paid by Visa Debit Card. After almost 12 months, he tried to get the credit union to reverse the charge, but the credit union said too much time had passed. Is that right?

My company is developing a brand new community, mixed-use development is all the buzz. That's where some residential might be above some retail/office like in downtowns, but all shiney and new. Theoretically, you can walk or short drive to many things like shopping, medical, work, school, etc.

I have a 1997 Mercury outboard motor. The marina lost the keys so I had to get a new ignition installed. Then It started when the clamps melted off of the battery posts (not the postes themselves), they blamed the starter and replaced that. Then nothing happened when I turned the key, they blamed the voltage regulator and changed that, nothing happened, then he took the ignition out and the wiring was fried. Could it have been a miswired ignition or bad voltage regulator all along? I know nothing so please be clear.
