I have a recipe for a chocolate sandwich cookie. part of the recipes calls for it to make a sort of chocolate spread to put in between the two cookies. This part of the recipe shown below:

Combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and the cream in a small bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour. Using a 1/2-ounce cookie scoop or a tablespoon measure, place the chocolate mixture in the center of the flat side of 12 of the cookies. Place the remaining cookies on top and gently squeeze to distribute the filling evenly.

Is is possible to switch out the chocolate for nutella completely? or would it be better to do half chocolate chips and maybe 3 or 4 tbsps of nutella?

So I have a lot of videos on my laptop that are taking up too much space. So what's my best option? I've looked into multimedia drives that plug into your tv, but I haven't read great reviews on them.

The videos I have are in .avi format and most of them have integrated subs on the video, so there's no seperate file for the subs.

So I want something that can hopefully play the video in good quality and show the subs.

If anyone can help me, it's much appreciated.

I'm making cookies for christmas and one of the recipes for a sandwich cookie requires a chocolate ganache to put in between the two cookies than once it's set up, to use it as an icing as well for the top.

What I was wondering is that the recipe requires heavy cream and none of the stores around me seem to carry it, or it's hard to find. I can get light cream, half and half, table cream,milk. Is any of these a proper substitute for heavy cream in the recipe? Is there anything I can do to substitute heavy cream or does it have to be heavy cream?
