I think I might have keylogger program on my computer and I want to know how to find it and how to remove it

because lately people have been getting on it and I have change it from public to home and put password on the modem that is downstairs and also I changed the password and made sure that nothing was shared and today we changed the password but few secs ago my dell printer just went off with the wireless signal going blinking

I have 4 hotmail accounts and I recovered one but I still have lost 3 hotmail accounts and I can't get reset the password since it kept sending the password resetting email to the email I can't get the password on

like the username@hotmail.com I would need to reset the password and it would send password reset email to username@hotmail.com

so I can't get the email when it is sending to the email I'm trying to reset the password to!

lately it seem some bad people can't just know my info and steal it but see it like if they were right behind me on the computer or watching though webcam and also they were on my dsl but now I don't know if they still are since my dsl modem is downstairs and also my dad had to reinstall windows 7

I had norton 360 for ages but when I got windows 7 it had mcafee but mydad reinstall windows 7 but with norton 360

so which is better?

ever since my dad had to reinstall windows 7 on my computer because I locked myself out now every time I play video it is either low rumbling sound like mining under ground or it plays the video but it goes up from normal audio to really low audio
