Mr. Obama is charismatic, and makes really great speeches. No doubt about that. But he is light on experience, and he hasn't seen fit to legally change his name (Barack -HUSSEIN- Obama).

I believe America is ready for a woman President. I believe Americans are ready for an African American President.

Do you think Post 9/11 America is ready for a President who has an Islamic name? Right now all the candidates are making nice. But once the nominations are done, the gloves come off, and nothing about a candidate is out of bounds.

If Mr. Obama wins the Dem. nomination, will he be able to withstand what will become extremely intense scrutiny? Or would the Democrats just be handing John McCain the presidency?

At first, Goodell acted like he wanted to clean up the NFL. But now it seems he's fumbled the ball. The police blotters continue to be filled with NFL players' names, but there have been no new suspensions. Why? And why hasn't the sports media questioned Goodell on this?

Could it be the powers that be have realized if they were really serious and handed out suspensions on anyone involved with the police, the league would soon be reduced to having second. or third, or even fourth rate players on the field? Substandard play would eventually yield less revenue from advertisers, because nobody wants to watch choir boys...

Many jokes have been made about the "National Felons League". Maybe the joke it on us, as the league is run by ''Natural Fiscal Leeches" who only made a gesture with suspensions out of fear that if they did nothing it would end up costing them money? And now they fear if they hand down suspensions evenly and fairly, it would end up costing them money.
