Or better to wait until a full day of heavy cm?
2 AnswersTrying to Conceive1 decade agoOvulating on day 25??
I've been charting for a few months, and using a fertility monitor. Last month, my cycle was 31 days long, and I ovulated on day 19. This month, I ovulated on day 25. Is this in itself a bad sign... or does it really depend on how long my luteal phase is?
I have had longer cycles in the past - ranging from 35-38 days (the 31 day cycle was my shortest in 5 months)
As long as my luteal phase is 12+ days, I can still get pg successfully, correct? I've read that that might not be true, that my uterus may be "done" by day 25.
3 AnswersTrying to Conceive1 decade agoWhat is the REAL difference b/t civil unions and gay marriage?
Both of the democratic candidates support "civil unions" but not "gay marriage". Is the word "marriage" the sticking point? I don't get it. How can one support a union, but not marriage?
In their eyes, am I not "married" since I had a secular non-church officiated wedding?
11 AnswersElections1 decade agoRe: contraceptives & teens?
Is everyone aware that oral contraceptives don't protect against STDs? A lot of you seem extremely confused here.
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAre there atheist teen camps??
Someone below referred to such camps. Never heard of them, but they sound nice. Maybe she means science camp?
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoEw! What do you do if a Christianist makes you...?
...a contact? I feel violated.
24 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWouldn't Jesus be a better example to live by....?
...if he WAS just a man? Just a regular person like the rest of us? No private conversations with god, no virgin conception, no ability to cure with a laying-on of hands... just a guy who lived a humble, kind, non-violent lifestyle?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat is the difference between potatoes and corn?
I've always wanted to know. Don't be mean to me because I'm wickedly stupid. Thanks.
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy did ILoveGreen delete this question?
Atheists, do you think there is some sort of "after-life" after we die rather than heaven or hell??
what do you think happens after death??? where do our souls go?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDoes a religion being "new"...?
...mean it's diluted? This might be the stupidest thing I have ever read here:
"maybe some guy read the bible...and then put it in his own words....the Mormon religion is new...so its probably very "diluted". "
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAtheists/agnostics?
If you did something wrong, would you rather have a Christian talk to you directly about it, or just go tell your boss?
Personally, I don't want those meddlesome pewps in my office. I would rather they just go tattle on me.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAny agnostics here?
So many people here seem to think they have it all figured out.
Roll call for the people smart enough to know you can't know the unknowable!
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy did god make a deal with the devil?
Did he really need to give away the souls of his most wayward sheep and condemn them to everlasting hellfire? Seems kind of mean to me.
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoSo, are servicemen and women going to hell?
Remember "Thou shalt not kill"? I don't remember an exception in the Bible to this rule. In fact, I vividly recall "turn the other cheek" which, by my interpretation, means we should sit back while terrorists detroy us, and then we can ascend into heaven. That's the goal, anyway - right? Life on earth is temporary and imperfect, so why risk not getting into heaven over defending a country?
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDid Christ really suffer THAT much?
I mean, there are LOTS of people in history who have died for a lot less. Christ was literally TOLD by God that he had to die to save all of humanity. Who wouldn't do that? Firefighters die risking their lives to save one person, without the benefit of a personal conversation with God to assure them.
Anyone else as unimpressed with Jesus' suffering as I am?
